Love the shampoo
I love this shampoo! It’s amazing because I have long hair, and usually with shampoo I have to do 4 or 5 pumps to get enough shampoo for all of my hair, but with this shampoo 2 quick pumps is all it takes, so the bottle, although it’s smaller than all of my other bottles, seems to last longer. I love the scent, it seems to wake me up in the morning and lasts throughout the day. Even my husband has commented how much he likes the scent if he’s home when I shower. I have noticed a small increase in volume. I have baby fine hair that’s pretty lifeless, so I usually throw it back in a ponytail that looks pretty sad, but now I have a pony tail that actually has some oomph. Although I still see hair in the brush, I definitely see less hair, and the less hair in the brush means more hair on my head, so that’s a win. All in all, I would definitely recommend this shampoo.
26.08.2021A little goes a long way
I’ve been using this system for about 6 weeks. This shampoo goes a long way. It lathers up and makes your hair and scalp feel super clean. I do feel like it has added volume, but I also feel like it might be a bit drying. I’m not sure if I’m in a dry “cycle” or if it’s the system. I’ll continue using it until the bottle is empty though because I like the lather!
23.08.2021PLEASED with results!!
I have been looking for a shampoo that helps my fine hair. Since 45, (I am now 49 and hanging on for dear life) I noticed that I was losing hair, the older I got the more hair I was losing (at least it seemed that way). I always had find hair, but never had an issue with lifeless, dull hair that looked flat. This shampoo definitely helped my fine hair have volume!!! I have been using this system for over 6 weeks and I can honestly say that I notice I am not losing as much hair (seriously). The bottle looks small and I was afraid it wouldn’t last long, but you really don’t need to use a lot to get it washed and feel clean. There is a slight scent that isn’t overpowering or medicinal smelling (since peri – I have some trouble with certain scents). Since I have only been using this for 6 weeks, I haven’t noticed a ton of growth, but I have definitely noticed as mentioned earlier less hair lose.
18.08.2021Wake Up Call Volumizing Shampoo-Better Not Younger
Love the Shampoo! My hair feels clean, soft and gives it a great shine. I always had a problem with having an itchy scalp. With this shampoo I don’t have that problem anymore. My hair is extremely flat even with a perm but I did notice that my hair had slight more volume with it.
10.08.2021She loves her shampoo!
I passed along the BNY Wake Up Call shampoo and condtioner to my sister in law (liked it but the scent triggered my migraines). I only used products once but I did like the fact that it only took half of the usual amount to lather my long hair! I offered and she accepted. She loves it! She has noticed that she doesn’t seem to be losing as much hair when she shampoos. She’s using along with the conditioner and says her hair is softer and the grays are more manageable!

About the Brand
Sonsoles - Founder & CEO
The idea of Better Not Younger started when I was struggling to find products that worked on my own changing hair.
After 25 years working on haircare brands for Procter & Gamble and L’Oréal, I was amazed that there was still so little out there for women like me.
The more women I spoke to, the more convinced I became. I kept hearing the same stories. Women who felt unrepresented and misrepresented by what was in the stores and in advertising. We felt better than ever, yet youthfulness was the only standard of beauty we saw celebrated.
I decided to leave my corporate life behind to launch Better Not Younger. As a woman in my 50s, I questioned whether this was a crazy endeavor, and wondered constantly whether I should retire gracefully, ‘act my age’, and leave entrepreneurship to the kids. Fortunately, this amazing community convinced me that being a woman in her 50s could mean more than cruises and grandkids and above all, that every day is an opportunity to be better and try something new.
