Goli Supplements for Perimenopause

August 01, 2021.

Goli supplements are a popular dietary supplement brand. What makes them unique is they are gummies, and they also claim to be the first brand that has made apple cider vinegar into a supplement. Aside from how they are delivered, Goli gummies are also made in beautiful packaging, making it something you wouldn’t mind keeping on your kitchen or bathroom counter. Here’s a look at Goli gummies benefits for women in perimenopause.

A Look At Goli Gummies

Goli Nutrition originally started with the Goli apple cider vinegar gummies. Taking apple cider vinegar (ACV) and putting it into a gummy was a novel idea, as most people just added ACV to a drink or sipped it directly. So Goli Nutrition made AVC tastier in its supplement, which is a perk for people who used to take ACV daily.

Goli gummies do not use gelatin like most other gummy brands. Instead, they use pectin, which is a naturally occurring fiber found in fruit peels. They also do not contain:

  • Yeast
  • Wheat
  • Milk
  • Eggs
  • Soy
  • Peanuts
  • Shellfish
  • Dairy
  • Artificial sweeteners, flavors, preservatives, or dyes
  • Agave
  • Salicylates

These supplements are accessible to most lifestyles, including veganism.

Aside from ACV, Goli now has two additional supplements: Ashwagandha and Superfruits. Like the ACV, these other two supplements are also known for being a tasty, fun way to get the supplemental ingredients you need to promote health and wellness.

Health Benefits of Goli Gummies

Each gummy has different ingredients which serve various purposes.

Goli Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies

The ACV gummy contains:

  • Beetroots
  • Apples (to make apple cider vinegar)
  • Pomegranate
  • Vitamin B12
  • Vitamin B9
  • Pectin

Apple cider vinegar has been a buzzword for some time now in health circles. For decades, people have used this kitchen staple to help treat a variety of ailments. But recently, it has become more popular because studies show that it has antioxidants and antimicrobial properties. Antioxidants are very beneficial for helping to flush out toxins in your body that can cause inflammation over time. The antimicrobial components of ACV may also help stabilize your gut bacteria, thus preventing gastric problems like bloating, diarrhea, constipation, and cramping.

Some smaller studies also show that ACV may help lower blood sugar in people with type 2 diabetes. It is thought that ACV may improve your body’s response to insulin, thus bring more glucose into your cells.

(Bear in mind, ACV is in no way a replacement for diabetic medication prescribed by your doctor. Consult your doctor if you have diabetes and want to add ACV into your regimen.)

Other ACV benefits may include:

  • Lowering blood pressure and cholesterol levels.
  • Improving your skin health.
  • Curbing your appetite (which helps with weight loss).

Goli Ashwagandha Gummies

The Goli Ashwagandha gummies contain:

  • Ashwagandha
  • Vitamin D
  • Pectin

Ashwagandha is one of the primary medicinal herbs used in Ayurvedic medicine. It is an adaptogen, which means it helps the body adjust to stress. This herb may help with:

  • Reducing stress
  • Weight management
  • Improving sleep quality
  • Boosting the immune system
  • Enhancing physical performance and sexual function
  • Improving memory and concentration

Goli Superfruit Gummies

The Goli Superfruit gummies contain:

  • Bamboo Shoot Extract
  • Vitamin A
  • Vitamin C
  • Vitamin E
  • Zinc
  • Superfruit blend of acai, acerola berry, amla berry, goji berry, banana, apple, and strawberry

These gummies were designed to help with beauty inside and out. Many of the ingredients target skin health by helping to promote collagen formation and strengthening elasticity and improving the overall appearance of the skin. It also boosts the immune system and serves as an antioxidant that can round up free radicals floating around in the body.

Are Goli Gummies good for perimenpause?

There is not a lot of scientific evidence to support the use of supplements for perimenopause relief. With that said, there are generally not a lot of scientific studies on perimenopause either. Therefore, a lot of the information we have on supplement use comes from women directly.

Some women claim that daily ACV helped reduce their hot flashes. ACV may indeed help with this because of its antioxidant properties. Additionally, some women believe it helps balance their hormones due to its alkalinity. However, there is no evidence to support this currently.

Aside from possibly helping with hot flashes, ACV may:

  • Relieve constipation
  • Reduce appetite
  • Stabilize mood
  • Decrease risk for heart disease

Where can you buy Goli gummies?

Fortunately, you can find these gummies at many pharmacies and online retailers. Simply searching for Goli gummies CVS or Walmart, or Amazon can give you a glimpse at the most affordable options for these supplements. Of course, you can find them elsewhere, including on the Goli website.

Our Take Away

Goli gummies appear to be a clean and yummy way to get specific ingredients like ACV into your body. Indeed, there also seem to be few side effects. However, there are really no studies to support using Goli gummies for perimenopause symptoms. So, if you are interested in trying them, make sure to check with your doctor first before adding something new to your medication and supplement regimen.
